My friend, Debra, owns the cutest little shop in Galloway Village called Inspirational Home. She sells all sorts of handmade and locally-found goods, ranging from home decor to bath & body to clothing and accessories. I did a little Christmas shopping in her shop and had to snap some photos to share here. Inspirational Home is one of my favorite boutiques in Springfield, and I love that Debra is always getting new items in and constantly changing her decor. It's a new experience every time I visit! :)

I'm kind of obsessed with all of the handmade clothes and jewelry, plus the garden section is simply magical. I plan on creating a miniature garden this Spring using items from Debra's shop. I'm really excited for that project! :) If you live in Springfield or get a chance to visit, I definitely recommend visiting this cute local shop!

I remember Galloway Village being so magical when I was little and there were so many different shops. I'll have to check out your friend's shop this weekend!
ReplyDeleteThese pics are all so lovely and cozy. Your photography is so inspiring! The only reason I think I'd ever want a huge house is so that I could hoard precious things like the ones shown in your pictures!!!
ReplyDeleteHappy holidays!!!

DeleteWhat a beautiful shop! All the best shops seem to be in Springfield, MO. And I live in California! :(
ReplyDeleteI so wish there was a shop like that where I live -- I guess I'll have to scout out a hidden gem...
Perhaps you can help me get my hands on one of those "Old-fashioned (fruit/food/etc.)" books? ;)
