

1 banana, sliced and frozen
1 cup freshly washed kale
1 Tbsp peanut butter
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp raw slivered almonds
2 Tbsp flax and chia seeds (optional)
1 cup cold spring water
1-2 squirts liquid stevia (optional, to taste)
I'm so happy that the weather here has been warming up a bit. I'm looking forward to testing out my new running shoes. What are some of your favorite ways to exercise?
